free plans: how to make
Paper
Basic Description Paper is a part of our everyday lives, but few of us know much about how it is made. It turns out that making paper is not particularly difficult, especially if you use old paper scraps as your base. With a little practise and a few tools, you can learn to make beautiful homemade papers that can be used for notes, cards or gift wrap.

Next you need to stretch the screen and attach it to your frame. Cut out a piece of screen suitable for your frame. If you are using a standard window screen frame, you can stretch it into place with ordinary spline. If you are using a wood frame, you can use small brads or staples to attach the mesh to the frame. In our case, we stretched the mesh around the frame and held it in place with binder clips as shown on the right. If you want you can use epoxy to connect the mesh to the frame; the epoxy impregnates the mesh and bonds well with the plastic. Alternatively, you can omit the epoxy and rely solely on the binder clips for tension; this technique has benefits that we will raise in later steps. Note that you want to have a relatively taut and flat screen, but it doesn't have to be drum tight.
